Registration Policies and Procedures

Registration is required for all participants of IEEE CNS 2021.

Authors of oral papers must be registered by 30 August 2021.

Authors of poster papers must be registered by 5 September 2021.

Author registration requirements are listed below.

Registration Transfer Policy

All requests for registration transfers must be submitted to Jimmy Le and received by Monday, 20 September 2021. After 20 September, there will be a US$100 transfer fee imposed and possibly additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.

Cancelation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by Monday, 20 September 2021.

Author Information

Technical Paper Authors

PLEASE REMEMBER: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL rate even if the author is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author

The paper upload code you receive enables you to upload your final manuscript to the EDAS submission site. Sharing this code with anyone else is unethical and consequences apply. This EDAS Author Account must be accessed using the original submitting author log-in information.

IEEE ComSoc POLICY: To be published in the 2021 CNS Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the AUTHOR (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the 2021 CNS Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

Workshop Paper Authors
